First Trimester Focus

You’ll also receive an Ayurvedic overview of your baby’s developmental progress and practices to help you transition from the maiden to the mother archetype.

Ayurvedic Self-Care Practices

Delve into the ancient practices of Ayurveda to nurture yourself during pregnancy. Learn the benefits of Abhyanga (oil massage) for pregnancy, establish daily rituals (Dinacharya) for health and balance, and discover the importance of sleep and rest for rejuvenation.

Second Trimester Focus

Birth Preparations

Get ready for your birth day with practical tips and emotional readiness exercises. This module introduces you to childbirth preparation techniques rooted in Ayurvedic principles, ensuring you feel confident and empowered as you approach labor.

The Journey Ahead: Fourth Trimester

As you approach the end of your pregnancy journey, this module focuses on final preparations for birth and postpartum. Reflect on your journey, refine your postpartum plan, and ensure you’re fully ready to welcome your baby into the world.
