Assuming you were interested to read this, you might already have a good idea about your dosha, however if you don’t know what I’m talking about then I invite you to also just have a read below and see which resonates with you.
Vata constitutions have the greatest interest in sex but the lowest vitality for it, and are easily fatigued by sex. They are also more likely to have eccentric or secret sex lives.
Vatas need partners who are calming and nourishing to them and help ground them
Love makes them flower and feel secure
Generally, a Kapha influence is great to help them keep in balance
Kapha constitutions have the best sexual vitality with continuous but moderate interest. For them the family life as a whole is important and sexual activity is seldom exhausting.
Kaphas need partners who help stimulate them and get them going.
Pitta or Vata types help to balance their heaviness and inertia
Pitta constitutions fall in-between with the drama and passion for sex being the main things that they desire.
Pittas require partners whom they can work together with to achieve a common cause
Benefit from some Kapha around them to cool them down and counter their anger
